Mba Programme Structure
Two years course consists of 4 semesters. The course structure has been designed to ensure that to
impart the student’s latest and relevant knowledge from the field of management theory and practice
and develop the right kind of values and attitude to function effectively in managerial/
administrative positions.
During the first year, the focus is primarily on building the foundation of conceptual and analytical
skills which required for more specialized advanced courses in specialized areas to be pursued in
the second year of the program.
The students have to go through Personal and Interpersonal Effectiveness lab and Summer Training
during the year.
Programme Outcomes
As per the revised AICTE guidelines the institute has formed the following Programme
Outcomes.
Programme Outcomes-1
Making the students industry ready with comprehension of various management concepts
and learn the application of theory.
Programme Outcomes-2
Developing analytical abilities and decision making in dynamic business environment.
Programme Outcomes-3
Identify the social problems, exploring opportunities for social entrepreneurship,
designing business solutions and demonstrate ethical standards in organizational
decision making.

Understanding leadership roles and demonstrate the application of the various
leadership theories.

Outcomes:
PSO-1
Make students understand and remember the management concepts, business environment
and domain specific knowledge.
PSO-2
Equip the students with requisite knowledge, skills and right attitude necessary to
provide effective leadership in a global environment.
PSO-3
Develop competent management professionals with strong ethical values, capable of
assuming a pivotal role in various sectors of the Indian Economy and Society,
aligned with the national priorities.
PSO-4
Develop skills for analysing of the business data, application of relevant analysis,
and problem solving in other functional areas such as marketing, finance, business
strategy and human resources etc.

Developing entrepreneurial approach and skillsets.

- Institutes may offer ONLY SELECT specializations based on industry needs, faculty strength
&
competencies, student demands, employability potential, etc.
- Institutes MAY NOT offer a specialization if a minimum of 20% of students are
not
registered for that specialization.
